Background

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Seattle and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have provided mental health services for children, teens, and adults in a variety of community setting in Seattle since 2008. I completed doctoral dual-internships at the Fremont Community Therapy Project and at Ryther Child Center, Seattle.

I am trained in and utilize a range of evidence-based psychotherapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy and a range of behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. In addition, I have received doctoral-level specialized training in therapeutic issues for Third Culture Kids (TCKs) through the independent studies program at Antioch University, Seattle.
